Tandus Flooring’s NeoCon^® showroom was booming over the past few days and the event kicked off on a fantastic note with Best of NeoCon Gold in Broadloom for the innovative Needle Tech Collection. This award-winning collection grabbed the attention of NeoCon attendees throughout the three day show and started the conversation about the head-turning broadlooms.

The Needle Tech Collection consists of four unique styles designed using Tandus Flooring’s Dynex^®  SD Lustre, a beautiful high luster fiber used in conjunction with Dynex SD. The use of high and low lusters project a craft-like, handmade construction found in needlepoint and crochet but without compromise to performance.

Nederland Elementary School in Boulder, Colorado

 Tandus Flooring’s Powerbond^® has won its sixth consecutive Antron^® Sustainable Flooring Performance Award, becoming the first flooring to win every year since the award’s inception. A Powerbond installation at Nederland Elementary School in Boulder, Colorado won the award that recognizes the use of performance-driven flooring in commercial applications.

In addition, Tandus Flooring won two other Antron awards, including the Grand Prize in Antron’s Match Award category for innovative marketing tools, Modular Gold in the Product Innovation category, and was the floorcovering selected on two projects winning Design Awards honoring architects and designers who showcase creativity in flooring design and use.

Tandus Flooring Celebrates Earth Day

Tandus Flooring Tufting Plant Wins Safety Award

Tandus Flooring was honored with a first place Georgia Association of Manufacturers Safety and Performance Award for the company’s tufting facility. The award recognized manufacturing facilities with 100-299 employees and is one of six awards Tandus Flooring received during the GAM Annual Safety Conference and Awards Luncheon held earlier this month in Atlanta.

Tandus Flooring "Makes It Personal" With Community Service

Tandus Flooring parterned with United Way of Northwest Georgia again this year for a day of community service as part of the company's international sales meeting. This year's meeting was held in Chattanooga and featured J.R. Martinez as the keynote speaker. Following the speech from the winner of "Dancing with the Stars", veteran, and actor, 200 Tandus Flooring employees boarded buses for a half-day of community service the local area.
